Hi Bernard! We did a lot of work to get more and better information in unified index logs * More info at the end * Address minor issues that were polluting the logs * Provide actionable information for devs (ex.: error message) * etc. I feel that unified index logs are better now than anytime in the past, but as things were shaken up, some things could have broken. Also, in some cases (ex.: when PHP dies), Tiki can't catch the error, and thus, it can't log it. Here is something coming in the next months that will help a lot: https://dev.tiki.org/GlitchTip Until then, you probably need a developer to do a screenshare with you to troubleshoot. Check logs, add breakpoints, etc. Best regards, Marc On Mon, 5 Apr 2021 18:49:19 +0300 Tiki developers [email protected] said > Hello Jonny, > > It was the same database (I did a fresh dump). > The concern I’m reporting is not the error with this "ttif0" but the fact > that the log is not showing me errors anymore when they is one. > > Previously it was clearly saying where it failed (item 552) and stopped right > there. > > It seems now that the faulty item is pushed to the end and the log just > complete without warning like everything was ok while on the shell it > returned the error. > > B > > > > On 5 Apr 2021, at 13:05 , Jonny Bradley <[email protected]> wrote: > > > > Hi Bernard > > > > I just tried that rebuild command on my trunk, 22.x and 21.x locally and all > > seemed the same but no errors (small databases) apart from a few php 7.4 ones > > on 21.x. > > > > Are you sure you did database:update on your 22.x one? > > > > Do you have the same versions of mysql/mariadb on your production and local? > > If so, same my.cnf settings? > > > > I can't find the string "ttif0" anywhere in tiki, so hard to trace further > > without more info (like the whole query) > > > > jonny > > > > > > > >> On 5 Apr 2021, at 08:23, Bsfez Tiki via TikiWiki-devel > > <[email protected]> wrote: > >> > >> Hi devs, > >> > >> I just update a real life Tiki22 with the last month+ commits from git. > >> > >> The output of the log with index:rebuilt because it has changed and > > doesn’t point clearly (some?) errors. > >> > >> > >> I have, since Tiki21, an error on my local (when I use a dump from the prod > > site) due to the sort option of the tracker field itemList. > >> > >> error: The search index could not be rebuilt. > >> Expression #1 of ORDER BY clause is not in SELECT list, references column > > 'tsaharoniki_tiki22.ttif0.value' which is not in SELECT list; this is > > incompatible with DISTINCT > >> > >> Each time I bring it on my local I have to unset the "sort" option else I > > have an error during index:rebuilt and it can't complete. > >> > >> Before: using "php console.php i:r -vvv —log" I could see and have a > > clear message on the error line and the process was interrupted. > >> Now: I have the error displayed in the shell but nothing in the log. > >> > >> Because I’m very familiar the error I can see that the last item indexed > > (552) is the first of the problematic tracker but nothing that really says it > > failed here. > >> > >> 2021-04-05T10:11:57+03:00 INFO (6): addDocument trackeritem 552 > > {"memoryUsage":"29.9 MiB"} > >> 2021-04-05T10:11:57+03:00 INFO (6): Indexed > >> 2021-04-05T10:11:57+03:00 INFO (6): total tiki fields indexed: > >> 2021-04-05T10:11:57+03:00 INFO (6): total fields used in the mysql search > > index: : > >> > >> > >> Bernard > >> > >> > >> > >> > >> > >> _______________________________________________ > >> TikiWiki-devel mailing list > >> [email protected] > >> https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/tikiwiki-devel > > > > > > _______________________________________________ > TikiWiki-devel mailing list > [email protected] > https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/tikiwiki-devel > _______________________________________________ TikiWiki-devel mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/tikiwiki-devel
