Hi Jonny,

I just answered him. (=> forum)

We got our bug/wishlist tracker with option for people to pay to have a fix quickly
We have our forum where anyone can ask for help and tips (for free)
And we have consultants that can help anyone (for money)

I think we got all covered and I vote we keep it like it is. ;-)

That’s the way most of other projects works that way.
