Is the structure of that xml.zip file, and the enclosed wiki.xml file
documented somewhere? There are two examples on 
https://doc.tiki.org/XML-Wiki-Import-Export, but no pointer to any real
documentation.

I've started writing a MoinMoin-Tiki transition program. The biggest
obstacle will be to write a parser for MoinMoin markup... I'll manage, but
it's a lot of work.
