[Tiki-devel] Security check message when making a menu

Hi,

Trying to make a menu, I get this notice after adding almost every new 
menu option:

> Request could not be completed due to problems encountered in the 
> security check. The security ticket included in the request does not 
> match a ticket on the server. Reloading the page may help. For more 
> information in the future, administrators can define the error_log 
> setting in the php.ini file.

How should the error_log setting in php.ini be defined?

I don't know if this is related, but sometimes when I'm logged in and go 
to a new page, I'm not recognized as logged in but then I reload the 
page and I get the logged-in page view. This happens kind of routinely, 
but sometimes doesn't happen for a while and then starts again. It has 
happened at more than one Tiki installation in my localhost.
