[Tiki-devel] Branching 23.x in one month

Dear Devs, As convened in the last Tiki Round Table meeting, we'll branch Tiki 23.x on June 5th, coinciding with the last day of the upcoming virtual TikiFest (see: https://tiki.org/TikiFest-Virtual-2021-Calendar). Since we were already planning on releasing Tiki 23.x in June, that'll leave us less than the traditional six-week period between Branching and Releasing.
