Hello devs, This is not directly related to Tiki but we are a few now using Tiki, Debian, MariaDB and Virtualmin so may be others have ideas and it may also help more people. Since a discussion we had during a meeting (TRM I think) I switch from PHP-CGI to PHP-FMP and performance were largely improved. Also, with Virtualmin you can run several PHP version + Virtualmin installs/update the version it needs. Now I check a server and I see a lot of the memory is used by several PHP-FMP process and that I have a lot of PHP servers running. PHP-FMP 7.2.x PHP-FMP 7.3.x PHP-FMP 7.4.x PHP-FMP 8.x All this on a server I have now a single Tiki22 running… while I need to keep the PHP version Virtualmin it seems I can spare some resources. I think that I could keep alive 7.4 (for the domain) and 8.x (for virtualmin). Is shutting down at bootup the other php services safe ? (IE: php7.2-fpm, php7.2-fpm.service, etc) at Webmin => Bootup and Shutdown Does anyone has experience with this ?
