[Tiki-devel] What PHP extensions to uncomment?

Hi,

I'm setting up a WAMP stack and am trying to remember what PHP (7.4) 
extensions need to be uncommented. As I recall, there were two. One was 
ext=intl. Can anyone remind me of the other one?

The situation is that I'm stuck in the install process with it failing, 
saying it can't make a connection to the database. PHP is working ok and 
phpmyadmin is working and I've made the database, so I'm not sure why 
the failure but was thinking I should at least be sure that the 
necessary PHP extensions are there.
