Hi Andon That doesn't look like anything to do with plugin "r" (or "rr") to me. Some plugins requite admin validation, including the module one, so you need to go to the "plugin approval" page tiki-plugins.php as an admin and approve that usage. Or you should be able to click on the "approve" button on the plugin preview to achieve the same thing?
