Hmm.. The plugin seems to need explicit authorisation by an admin to be
used, like the HTML plugin. I mean, in addition to configuring the
wikiplugin_tag setting. If I interpret the messages correctly, then every
invocation of PluginTag needs to be authorised first. That's not
practicable.

Otherwise, it would be the right thing to do the job.
