This looks good. I think this is the way to go.

I think I've found a bug: A dynamic variable isn't recognized as one, when
it's at the very beginning of the page.

What I don't understand is, why isn't security tighter for dynamic
variables, when you can easily use it to include arbitrary HTML? The
PluginHTML and PluginTag are restricted, so why not dynamic variables?

I've tried it out on my personal Tiki server, and I didn't have to allow it
to some user group first.
