That sounds odd - how can anonymous "watch" anything? Looks like maybe you've granted tiki_p_watch_trackers to anon?

Usually i just use Disallow: /tiki-* to prevent crawling on all tiki type pages as i pretty well always use templated wiki pages for public (crawl able) sites.
