I have a standard bootstrap menu here which seems fine, seems also ok as a "css" menu, would need to know the module and maybe menu settings to recreate.

I have two tab test pages here, one with nexted tabs and they both look fine to me...

The jquery_ui_chosen_sortable pref has been replaced by jquery_select2_sortable (which now depends on jquery_select2, the replacement for Chosen) but that's not connected to Sortable Tables - both of which seem to work ok, which version of tiki did you upgrade from? Sounds like something went badly wrong in the upgrade somewhere...

No, it's gone now, searching for sortable finds 4 prefs for me and no errors.
