Re: [Tiki-devel] Remarksbox Information or tip or note

To get into the language details, there's a case to be made that Tip, 
Note, and Information don't all have the same meaning. Tip is the most 
casual and usually is in the context of instructions. Information is at 
the formal end of the spectrum like an official notice, and Note is in 
between -- less formal than Information and usually with a narrower scope.

I don't think having all three looks amateurish or unfinished if they 
are used in the proper contexts consistently; each will look appropriate 
to people. If there's more than one alert on a page and they seem to 
have the same semantic purpose but have different headings, that would 
be a problem that editing would solve.
