[Tiki-devel] Dev Update page need some love (and a volunteer)

Hello,

We have this page https://dev.tiki.org/Update that is supposed to give information for developers that wish to upgrade Tiki.
However the content is related to the SVN era and quite updated.

I place a remarksbox to warn about this and give a link to a related page. (not really update)

As this page is likely to be suggested in search results it would be good someone volunteer to update it or at least write down something useful in the Git era and for the years to come.
