Sounds about right to me (we're talking about https://sourceforge.net/projects/tikiwiki/files/ by the way in case others want to check)

23.0 is the latest release so 242 downloads for a week seems ok to me, and 21.x has been out for a long time so you would expect downloads to tail off over time, no?

You used to be able to change the time period shown but they seem to have "enhanced" that away ;)

Ah, you can get the whole historical downloads graph, but there's no break down of which files/folders
