[Tiki-devel] Failed pipeline

Hi all,

I see random gitlab pipeline failures these days (e.g. 
https://gitlab.com/tikiwiki/tiki/-/pipelines/383453265) connected with 
failing composer fetches 
(https://gitlab.com/tikiwiki/tiki/-/jobs/1654153509)

Does this sound like the dreaded let's encrypt root certificate 
expiration that happened recently? Not sure who manages the CI setup 
here but it seems we need to do something...
