[Tiki-devel] Marking out a package during composer install is possible ?

Hello,

This is my third attempt to install in local Tiki 23 in 2 days and the Composer install keep hanging with   - Downloading plotly/plotly.js (v1.58.5)

This is a quite big package not sure everybody need it.

Do we ?
If not mandatory, is it possible to mark out a package from the Composer list (so it is not downloaded) ?
