Hi Brendan,

We never tested without a FQDN.

I think it's going to be difficult to troubleshoot given the context. May I suggest to first try an install in the usual context (A VM with FQDN) on a server that other devs can see?

Once that works for you, you can change the parameters and see if and where there are issues.
