Hi all

24.x LTS is destined to be supported (somewhat unfeasibly i think) until 2027 according to https://tiki.org/Versions#A_visual_chart_of_the_support_period and PHP 7.x will be EOL by the end of 2023, so i don't think we have a choice, do we? PHP 7.4 is already entering "security fixes only" mode...

With the last upgrade struggle we had with Smarty (somewhere around 3.2 i think) it was very obvious that it didn't work, as the whole tiki was completely borken, so i would expect something similar this time, in that; if it seems to work ok then it probably does.

So let's have an MR for it at least and we can test?

Thanks Marc and all!
