Mmm… Seems return should be an URL. I tried

{paypal cmd="_xclick" item_name="Subscribe" amount="1" quantity="1" return="y" shopping_url="https://dev.domains.org/BernardPremium_homepage" stringButton="Subscribe”}

At the end of the transaction It stays on PayPal with a button “return to the merchant” => it stays on PayPal opening the user account. (Not good)

Then I tried

At the end of the transaction It stays on PayPal with a button “return to the merchant” => it return the user to the right page. (Better but not good enough)
