Hello Jonny,
There was time (Tiki12 - 2012-2013) I was using the Newsletter to make a digest instead of the Daily-Reports.
Magically (thanks to Sylvie's ❤️ help) I was able to create a pretty and customised publication send by the newsletter Using HTML tags like:
<base href="http://www.mysite.com/">
<link rel="stylesheet" href="http://www.mysite.com/styles/nature/newsletter.css" type="text/css”>
And plugins or modules.
Things like
{r2l}
Date: {now format="%A %d of %B, %Y"}
I experimented more complexe modules like”since last visit”, “Event”, “files”, etc… and everything worked.
Back then I used also trackerlist plugin but I guess the plugin List will be super powerful too.
Last ~~~articleclip~~~ helped also to simply add the last articles every 2 days.
I hope it give some perspectives and help.
I still have the site online and if you want I can do a tour and explain.
Bernard
