My thinking is that the new devs aren't known to most people so it's good to use their full names, but the others are known at least to the community so first names are probably enough. or a little searching would turn up the last names for anyone who doesn't know them, and I also wasn't sure about using last names because at least one person mentioned doesn't normally use his last name in project-related contexts, as far as I know.

After several months of hard work, the latest long-term support version, Tiki 24, has been released. This version of Tiki Wiki CMS Groupware, which benefited from EvoluData's junior developer sponsorship program for a more coordinated approach to bug fixing, includes significant new features and numerous bug fixes and security enhancements. We are pleased to make Tiki 24.0 available at this time. Regular feature support will be provided for Tiki 24 via point releases until at least March 2024, and security updates until the end of the version's service life in March 2027. New features include a self-documented REST API, new console commands, a major change/improvement in date handling, support for the Interledger Protocol (ILP) payment network, new modules including one that displays the current activity of website users, and a Kanban plugin that creates an interactive drag-and-drop Trello-like Kanban board view of data stored in a tracker, Tiki's dynamic database component. Tiki 24 requires PHP 7.4 like Tiki23 and Tiki22. Unfortunately, PHP 8.x is not supported.
