I did a search on www.w3.org and it looks like XHTML 2.0 is now the latest
XHTML standard:

I don't know "when the world arrives at XHTML 1.0 Strict", but to me this
looks like it happened long ago. This would mean that the way Tiki deals
with anchor names is outdated.
