following I have an error message of a local Tiki installation ... here 
the installer is not working aswell, but different errormessage ... Not 
sure if that is related.
I have a Tiki 24.0, now a few weeks old on a
Linux Mint 19.2 Cinnamon
mysql  Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.7.27, for Linux (x86_64)
Server version: 5.7.35-0ubuntu0.18.04.2 (Ubuntu)

Situation: lock file is deleted/renamed, providing the database login 
data to tiki-install.php
At the moment of connecting the following error message is displayed:
