Related to the way installing a package works and pick the server default php version (first available in order).

Thanks to Jonny 🍻 that could diagnose (and fixe my issue for this Tiki and the package)
IMO, we need a way to tell the package/composer things which PHP to use because when we’ll move to PHP8 and have to maintain several Tiki with both versions it will be a nightmare…

I think I had a ticket for this, I will update.

Solution:
php7.4 temp/composer.phar remove mpdf/mpdf

php7.4 temp/composer.phar require mpdf/mpdf

update-alternatives --set php /usr/bin/php7.4
(Now the default PHP for all the VPS in this server will be PHP7.4, if I understood correctly).
