[Tiki-devel] Tiki 25.0 proposed release timeline (we need more time)

Dear Tiki community,

We are preparing for 25.0. We have many big changes coming: Bootstrap 5, 
Smarty 4, support for PHP 8.x, Manticore Search, and many more:

One which is particularly complex:

Normally, we should branch in September for a release in October (4-6 
weeks later). Here is general process: https://tiki.org/Versions

But we need more time to finish what is started. Here is what Roberto 
and I propose:


Working scenario
----------------
2022-10-01: branch 25x
2022-11-15: Release: 25.0
2022-12-15: Release: 25.1

If there are major problems, we could delay even more.

Absolute max
------------
2022-11-01: branch 25x
2022-12-15: Release: 25.0
2023-01-15: Release: 25.1


And then, we get back on track for a Tiki 26.0 in June 2023.
