Hi,

I use Windows for Tiki dev work and installed https://gitforwindows.org/ 
or something like it, maybe the github windows client, but anyway this 
gives you the ability to open a bash shell (the command is added to the 
Windows Explorer or other file manager contextual menu)  in the Tiki 
directory, and run sh setup.sh, etc. It's easier that WSL if you just 
need the bash shell.
