[Tiki-devel] Change themes for Tiki 25?

A couple of things to think about, I believe:

1 Should we continue to use the FiveAlive-lite theme for the Tiki.org 
sites? There's been some talk about changing the theme, I think, but 
that theme itself has gone through some changes for Bootstrap 5 and WCAG 
compliance, so is worth another look after sites are updated.

2 Should the "default" theme be the default theme for new installations? 
This theme almost 100% uses the Bootstrap variables and, actually, 
according to the Bootstrap devs, that "color scheme" (i.e., the carnival 
button colors, etc.) was meant for illustration/documentation purposes, 
not for live sites. I think it would be good to consider using another 
theme for new installs, a theme that gives a better first impression and 
could actually be used for many sites.

Just something to think about.
