Hi Jean-Marc,

Yes, this is also a quite nice improvement but I don't think it would 
have helped the person trying to setup API section with only basic 
filters turned on as he was not actually searching for a setting. Maybe 
we combine this idea with the one from Jonny about a message when no 
filters as shown in a section due to filtering?
