[Tiki-devel] A default for the "Except included plugins" setting

Hi.

I've begun to make an exhaustive default list of plugins, whose bodies
should be searchable. I've gone through the files in the lib/wiki-plugins
directory. But after 25%, I've given up. Many of the plugins are poorly
documented or not documented at all. Some don't have the "body" field, but
DO require a body. You can see it in the examples (for plugins with
examples). Many are very special or very advanced. For some I couldn't
figure out if they should be searchable.

So I made a limited list of plugins, which should be searchable. It can
serve as a default for the "Except included plugins" setting. I've chosen
general-purpose plugins, no special or advanced ones.
