[Tiki-devel] Calendar revamp for 26.x

Hi all

I'm running out of time for getting this merged, but think i should try (have done days of work on this and each branch i miss adds extra hours of work as people add new features)

It's definitely cleaner and less crufty now, but there are so many (i think pointless) odd features like "special" categories and participant names (not users), newsletter connection etc that some things may be a little brittle for 26.0, but hopefully others can help once it's merged?

Unfortunately the removal of the legacy tracker item edit mode probably won't make it :(
