While releasing Tiki 26 Alpha, we couldn't do the Check Smarty template
syntax step, getting this error message:
PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught Error: Class "TikiLib" not found in
/home/roberto/devel/tiki26rel/lib/init/smarty.php:181

Looking at the code at smarty.php:181 I see you seem to be the dev behind
it as it has some comments by you there. So we'll continue with the release
process as I'm 99.9% sure we don't have syntax errors in smarty templates,
but please can you take a look at this before we go for Beta?
