[Tiki-devel] Manticore bug: connection refused

Hi.

For the second time now, there was a problem with Manticore. I'm using Tiki
26.0.

When I was logged in as my normal user, this error message appeared:
"Contact the site administrator. The index needs rebuilding."

As admin, this appeared when going to the control panels: "Error connecting
to Manticore service: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused"

Then I've purged and reinstalled Manticore:

apt purge manticore manticore-extra
apt autoremove
apt install manticore manticore-extra

Then I've rebuilt the search index, and it worked again.

In the Manticore build log, there are a lot of info messages, but no error
message.
