Hi, Jonny!

It looks like a packaging bug to me. Installing the manticore package should
have enabled it as well, but it didn't. So, after the next reboot, Manticore
isn't running and we get that "connection refused" error.

We're both talking about Debian based Linux distributions, right? I'm
running Ubuntu 22.04.
