I was thinking let's leave some set to php default and others (dev for now) on database and see if there's a difference?

p.s.As iI added in https://tiki.org/blogpost960-Session-storage and you'll see a load of errors in your httpd logs on https://tiki.org/forum26 which is broken again, i was wondering if reloading the page would clear the backlog, as it tries to import a dozen or two emails each page load, should be on a cron really... ;)
