Has a reasonable default for the unified_included_plugins preference been
set now? The related issues had been discussed, but the discussion didn't
come to a conclusion. I don't know how much has been implemented. The
default was empty.

A suitable default for unified_included_plugins might be:
   
attach,box,code,copyright,div,dl,fancylist,fancytable,file,files,font,footno
te,indent,lang,list,markdown,mono,quote,scroll,sort,split,sub,sup
