[Tiki-devel] Let's replace jQuery Select2 with a more modern library

I would like to invite anyone interested in sharing their opinion regarding
the decision-making process for replacing the select2
<https://github.com/select2/select2> library used in Tiki to overwrite the
native select element.

are different candidates our chat will revolve around. Please do not
hesitate to mention any new ones if you come across them.
