[Tiki-devel] file uploads to dev.tiki.org failing

Hi - I've just been trying to add a few more images to a File gallery on 
the dev site (galId #23) that I've been using for the IoT documentation 
that I've been developing at https://dev.tiki.org/Internet+of+Things

  - but the uploads that I've tried, using either the 'drop file' or the 
'choose' methods, are failing with the simple error message of 'File 
upload failed:' - no other details given.

I've previously added to this gallery without any issues so there 
shouldn't be a permission problem but perhaps a new bug??

Could someone else check if it works for them before I log it.
