No - the upload problem is still there just as before.

But additionally I've just noticed that if you try and download a file 
from the gallery, either by clicking it or selecting Download from the 
'wrench' drop down menu options, it just displays the item i.e. it does 
/displayNNN but doesn't download - so another problem there??

Have you managed to upload anything to a gallery on the dev site?
