[Tiki-devel] translation account

Hello,

I want to migrate all my websites to Tiki and probably there is some work to
be done translating Tiki to Croatian language.

Unfortunately, attempt to log in with my username (gour), produces auth error
(see the shot) informing me that "Account requires administrator approval.".

So, can someone who is responsible for such things enable me to login and/or
inform how to start i18n process with the current Tiki?
