This revamp includes changing the Basic Bootstrap layout's header element's class="fixed-top" to "sticky-top", removing the navbar height preference option and any JavaScript used to set a page-top padding or to set a div class="middle_outer" top margin, and adding a logo module parameter to set the site logo image height.
