Hi Geoff,

Thanks for reporting this.

Our investigation suggests that the issue is specific to the upgrade path
from *27.6 to 27.7*. We were unable to reproduce it when upgrading from *27=
.5
or earlier* directly to *27.7.* The migration attempts to add the
*filename_hash* column to the *tiki_secdb* table, but the column already
exists in your database, resulting in the "Duplicate column name" error.
Fortunately, this does not indicate a problem with your database schema
only that this schema change has already been applied.

While we prepare a fix, could you please try the following?

*php console.php database:update --auto-register *or the short version
*php console.php d:u -a*

Then run the database update again:

*php console.php d:u
*

This should register the failed migration as completed and allow the
remaining database updates to proceed normally.
