Featured Tiki sites

Hi,

I cleaned the Featured Tikis file gallery (https://tiki.org/file56), 
whose images are displayed on https://tiki.org/Featured+Tikis . These 
images were uploaded around two years ago mostly, according to the file 
info, and quite a few are no longer valid. Some sites switched to 
WordPress or, in one case, Drupal, and some aren't on line any more. I 
moved the images for these to the "Old" sub-gallery 
(https://tiki.org/file56).

There's also a "Featured Tikis" tracker (https://tiki.org/tracker23). I 
started cleaning this up also, but paused when I realized the web page 
was fed by the file gallery and not the tracker.

This seems redundant unless I'm missing something, so I suggest maybe we 
use the tracker since it has more options for dealing with the sites. 
With the Featured Tikis wiki page display, I was bothered that the 
images aren't linked to the sites, and you can't even tell what the 
sites are in many cases. What do you think about consolidating the 
"Featured Sites" presentation, etc.? The themes marketplace at 
themes.tiki.org might be a model for the sites presentation; I can work 
on it if it seems like a good way to go.

In any case we should try to add more new sites to showcase, I think, 
especially ones that show Tiki in its modern form (some of the 
still-valid Featured Sites are pretty old - and props to the maintainers 
for keeping them going - but they tend to paint Tiki as kind of retro. I 
know we have new Tiki sites around that would balance the overall 
impression nicely.
