Error loading images

Hi tiki community,

After upgrading to tiki 15.5 I have noticed some errors with wiki pages
that have several images.

Some of them do not show up. instead you can see:

"prefix-115.png"

Which images load seems completely random, on a complete page reload, the
images that were missing can be seen now, but some other images will fail
to load.

This can happen in old images saved in image galleries and images saved in
file galleries. I have moved images from database to a folder, with same
results. Images are shown with wikiplugin img.

In case I check the url of the image (/image162?thumb=1) I can see this
error message:

Anybody has found this error before? any configuration (tiki or PHP) can
cause this?
