Re: [Tiki-devel] Doc is now on Tiki 19

I see a few issues in the header of doc.tiki.org and a minor adjustment for
footer - I am working on the documentation pages for the new plugins and if
I find anything else I'll inform. Please see screenshots - I am on a
windows 10 chrome browser also tested on firefox it appears the same in
both browsers.
