Thank you William for this initiative and thank you Ian for offering to
host.


I agree that Tiki could help massively. There is the definite need for a
wiki engine for this to handle the amorphous and evolving nature of this
crisis. Many wiki engines could do a good job here, but very few wiki
engines have proper tools to manage structured data. And Tiki Trackers are
super powerful to build database web apps:

Our internal research (one day, we will clean this up and make public) has
concluded that in the database creation category:


As of 2019-11-15, we believe Tiki Trackers are the most feature rich and
mature solution which is fully Open Source and web-based.

   - There are very good desktop solutions both Open Source and
   proprietary. We assume most new projects will want a web-based solution.
   - Many of the Open Source solutions are not fully Open Source. The
   advanced features are proprietary.
   - Some of the proprietary solutions are very mature. But our target are
   users that insist on Open Source
   - Many of the SaaS solutions are very sexy. But we don't even make an
   effort to list them all. Given the lock-in, no one should use these for
   serious projects.


So Tiki Trackers combined with a solid enterprise wiki engine, along with
the hundreds of other features, could help with just about any emerging
need. This is the result of contributions of over 350 code committers over
a 17 year period.


I know there is a lot of uncertainty ahead, and many have lost their job.

But if you can, I encourage everyone to help out to set up, showing off the
various features, so William and the team can present the potential to the
WHO and other health authorities.

Once the Tiki is set up, it can also be explained that real-time
