I had hopes someone using Perspectives could answer your question. :-)

While not using a lot this feature I remembered a seing a case where the "Group Homepage" feature was used to drive the user into a perspective

Each group getting into the Tiki from a page with a specific perspective without link (or module) to change it. 
This is not hermetic but it may be the start of an answer ?
