I did it just now .

Actually I know of a workaround, but the result is not the same. It's 
working, but it's not what I want.
The workaround is the following (you'll undertand it after seeing the 
example at http://gergely-11081-3108.show2.tikiwiki.org/tiki-index.php 
<http://gergely-11081-3108.show2.tikiwiki.org/tiki-index.php>): in the 
ticket tracker, instead of having 'order id' as a dynamic item list 
depending upon 'order complete name', one can just have 'order id' to be 
an item link; once the user has selected 'order complete name', since 
'order complete name' contains the 'order id', the user can manually 
type in the order id. Then we would have 'vehicle type' and 'vehicle 
name' dynamic item lists depending upon 'order id'. That way there is no 
more chained 'dynamic item list' dependency and actually this system 
works. But as I said, it is not enought for me.
