What I mean is, how can you spread the contents of one list item to several
lines in the input (the Tiki wiki syntax file)?

The list item may be long. Say, several hundreds of words. I don't want to
have everything in one line, in the Tiki wiki text editor.

You can continue the list item with "+" at the beginning of the line, but
this starts a new line in the output (the rendered HTML page).

Does that make it clear?
