[Tiki-users] How to add a page to a strcuture on doc.tiki.org?

Hi!

The page List-of-Wiki-Plugins on doc.tiki.org appears to be the root page of
a structure. I interpret the little "structures" symbol at the top right
this way.

How can I (an ordinary user on doc.tiki.org) add a page to this structure? I
need to add documentation for a plugin there. Is this possible? If it isn't,
how should it be done?
